you gonna laugh at me but its chap stick lip balm comes in a black tube with white lettering on it. try it you will be proud you did.
blistex medicated in the blue or peach colored tubs....or any lip balm with menthol will help to cool them....and, wear it before you go skiing next time, it will protect them from the elements
blistex makes a white tub too that's not medicated, just a lip conditioner, use that to protect from chapping, and the others to soothe wind-burnt lips
