What can cause lips and tounge's numbness?

I have Anemia ..........could be it? But it never happened before and my anemia's percentage is not that low.....It should be 11.30...mines is 10.30....What can cause lips and tounge's numbness?
Anemia is lack of hemoglobin in your blood, which may be due to insufficient iron intake.

Any sort of numbness means it should be analysed at the nerve level. You may have pinched a nerve with your chewing habits or perharps an allergic reaction to certain food that pertains to the mouth area. What can cause lips and tounge's numbness?
poisoning is possible, (that blow fish too)

Lupus syndrome too

too much chilly and pepper , and other spicy product too,

eating ice cream too much too,...it is because of cold, nothing special,

you feel dizzy too?the world spinning? can't contentrate well?

regular light exercise will help
Might be a reaction to something you ate but that is just a guess.
Go to the emergency room @ the Hospital NOW !!!! maybe you eat something and is toxic for you , go before it gets very bad don't play with your life.
kissing someone special for too long will do it also
