How can i make my lips look fuller?

Without plastic surgery are there ways to make my lips appear fuller? especially my upper lip.How can i make my lips look fuller?
Cover the lips with foundation or concealer, just as one would on the rest of the face. Blend well.








Select a lip liner close to the natural lip color for realistic results. Use it to line the lips just outside of the lip line, starting in the middle of the top lip and working out toward each corner.








Line the bottom lip in the same fashion, starting in the middle and working toward the ends. Stay close to the natural lip line to keep a realistic appearance.








Check for balance on each side, checking that the lips look even. This will help keep a natural look.








Use the same liner to completely fill color in the lips. Be sure that there are no obvious lines. Blot the liner with tissue if necessary or blend with a finger.

There are certain kinds of lipglosses and lipsticks that make your lips look fuller. If your looking for cheap drugstore kind of stuff I know maybelline has some lip plumpers that aren't that expensive. I'm pretty sure a lot of brands have a lip plumper gloss or something so look around, and I hope you find what your looking for! =]
if you're looking for a cheap way to make them fuller use fresh ginger or cinnamon but ginger works best. put it on your lips and you will feel them starting to tingle which mean its working. I find that the lip plumpers out there don't work that well or last long. I hoped that helps.

well , start by using a lip liner and draw the line a little bit out of your lip lines but don't go too outline because then you'll get a fake look. start from the center to the corners. fill the lips with your liner and then add a natural gloss . good luck :)
Use lip liner,fill the whole lip. Followed by a lip-gloss that matches that has a little shine to it. You can draw the lip however you want. Find a lip-gloss that can plump your lips for full affect. Hope it helps.
you can get these lip products, they look like lipgloss, but instead it temporarily plumps and darkens your lips.
