If a guy is busting on you, teasting too hard, it probably means you haven't communicated enough attraction to him. Make it more obvious that you like him. Most guys don't know how to read body language or how to test the waters for a girl liking them so they'll keep up the jerk routine simply because they don't know what's up. The lip licking means they want some, but the being a jerk means they don't realize they can get it.
