Can plastic surgery be performed on the lips? (I want to make them thinner and finer)?

Im male, 18.I dont like my lips, they are big, but my upper lip is slightly bigger than my lower one which makes them look horrible and huge. Also my mouth's outline is horrible, its not well defined. I want to perform plastic surgery on them, but can I have it to make them thinner and more defined? (I know there is plastic surgery for the lips, but Ive only seen people having lips augmentation, I want to make them thinner)


And also, and most important, I want the final look to look natural.

The can change anything now days. Just watch TV, if you have a strong stomach, that is.
I personally dont know of any procedures that can be done. A good location for the incision would be difficult to place. If its any consolation your lips usually thin out as you get older! That's why alot of middle-aged women get lip fillers or have lip augmentation.
