I got some sort of dryness on my lips and when I try using chapstick it burns, what should I do?Help, my lips are dry and it's red around them.?

try puting some carmax ... it will burn but it will eventually help the dryness
The burning sensation is good, it means it's working - just endure the pain and it will clear up soon enough.
