I know women who went to this surgeon who used the process of tattoo to color women's faces.
They made a dark tattoo eye brow darkener for light completed women, who were without eye brows they were so light. She also got pink cheeks and red lips that never come off.
Being light I was going to think about doing that but it looked like a clown and it doesn't come off.
Never heard of them taking the color out?
I know of people who had their lips enlarged and some who had them made smaller?
