There's no need to tone your lips, but you should certainly keep them clean! Exfoliating your lips is a good idea on occasion to get rid of dead skin and reduce the appearence of lines, and you should always moisturize your lips!Do you exfoliate, cleanse, tone and moisturize your lips as well as face?
I exfoliate with my toothbrush every night. And once a week I put a hot rag and then exfoliate with salt. Keeps them smooth and they look a little bigger afterward. I always keep chap stick on my lips. I don't tone though.
