You might get a cold sore (which is a form of herpes) but its not as big of a deal as ppl make it out to be. EVERYONE gets cold sores!!! not if she didn't have it. If she has herpes it is possible for you to get it even when she does not have a sore showing.
YES OMG DONT KISS HER!!!! you should probably burn her bump off with a hot soldering iron
