my lips are bumpy and i can feel scatterd rash type spots on my upper and lower lip. Also I have rash spots on my chin. I think maybe it could be the sudden change in weather, or maybe sun exposer? I keep myself very clean and I am not the type to go around kissin or ANYTHING a lot of random people. Any idea what I'm dealing with here?Rash spots on my lips and around my mouth?
